An international corporate meeting held in Madrid brought together more than 150 participants from various European countries. The event took place across three iconic venues—Only YOU Hotel Atocha, Edificio Madnum, and Real Fábrica de Tapices—representing a high-level logistical and coordination challenge.

At Dissimility, we handled the event’s full-scale production, carefully managing every stage with precision: from accommodation, transfers, and accreditation management to scenography, simultaneous translation, graphic and floral design, as well as technical and audiovisual coverage. We structured the experience cohesively across very different venues, ensuring a seamless narrative for all attendees.

The day concluded with an institutional lunch, where we paid close attention to scenography, decorative details, and closing logistics, achieving a finale worthy of a strategic and high-impact gathering.
