2 PURPOSE

For what purposes will we process your personal data?

In DISSIMILITY COMUNICACION, S.L. we will treat your information for:

  • To manage personnel selection processes.
  • Manage the commercial relationship that you have subscribed and contracted with us.
  • Realization of a budget adjusted to your needs.
  • Manage e-mail communications with stakeholders.

How long will we have your data?

The personal data you provide will be retained for as long as the business relationship remains in force. You can always exercise your rights under current legislation by contacting us through the channel that is most convenient for you.

However, we will periodically review our systems to remove data that is no longer legally required.

Personal data obtained through the request for contact or information will be kept only for the time necessary to attend and follow up your request. The personal data of our customers will be kept for the duration of the contract and thereafter until the prescription of possible responsibilities. Personal data concerning job candidates will be kept for a period of one year from the end of the selection process.

According to the purposes of our data collection, the processing of your data is necessary:

Likewise, all data collected are necessary for the provision of the service. However, data marked with an asterisk (*) is optional. In the event that the mandatory data were not provided DISSIMILITY COMUNICACION, S.L. will not be able to provide the contracted service.
